Moulding Shop
Our Moulding Shop at KVS Castings Ltd. is equipped with advanced machinery and technology to facilitate the efficient and precise production of moulds for casting various metals. Here’s an overview of our Moulding Shop capabilities:
Automatic Sand Plant
Our fully automated sand plant is designed to run multiple moulding machines simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
Sand Preparation
We have two sand mixtures with a capacity of 500kgs./batch, ensuring consistent and high-quality sand preparation for moulding.
Moulding Machines
Our Moulding Shop houses six moulding machines, including one set of Arpa 300 and two sets of Arpa 450, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of casting requirements.
Ladle Pre-Heater
We utilize oil-fired ladle pre-heater burners to ensure optimal temperature control and uniform heating of ladles for pouring molten metal.
Core Shooter Machines
With seven Shusha core shooter machines and two cold core shooters (15 Kgs.), we have the capability to produce cores with precision and accuracy for complex casting requirements.
Mg Treatment Ladles
We have four Mg treatment ladles with a capacity of 500 kg each, facilitating the treatment of molten metal to enhance its properties and quality.
Sand Dryers
Our sand dryers ensure that the moulding sand is properly dried, eliminating moisture and preventing defects in the casting process.
