Melting Shop
Our melting shop boasts four induction furnaces, each with varying capacities to accommodate a wide range of casting requirements. With modern equipment and skilled technicians, we ensure the highest quality standards in our melting processes.
Pattern Shop
In our in-house pattern shop, we have a range of machinery, including HMC, Milling, CNC, and VMC machines, along with advanced designing software. This allows us to create intricate patterns and molds with precision and accuracy.
Moulding Shop
Our fully automated sand plant and multiple molding machines enable us to handle large-scale production efficiently. With sand mixtures, molding machines, ladle pre-heaters, and core shooters, we have the capability to produce a diverse range of castings to meet our clients' needs.
Fettling
Our fettling department is equipped with automatic knock-out machines, shot blasting machines, grinding tools, and welding equipment to ensure the finishing and preparation of castings meet the highest standards of quality.
Lab Testing Equipment
In addition to our core manufacturing processes, we have essential facilities such as EOT cranes, DG sets, compressors, cranes, and various machining tools to support our operations seamlessly.
Heat Treatment
We have PLC-operated electric and oil-fired heat treatment furnaces equipped with quenching facilities, ensuring the mechanical properties and integrity of our castings are maintained to meet industry standards.
Quality Control
Our commitment to quality is reflected in our well-equipped quality control department. With CMM, chemical and physical analysis laboratories, spectrometers, UTM, hardness testers, and ultrasonic testing machines, we ensure that every casting meets stringent quality standards.
Other Facilities
