Automatic Knock-Out Machines
We employ automatic online knock-out machines to efficiently remove sand and excess material from castings, streamlining the post-casting cleaning process.
Shot Blasting Machines
Our three shot blasting machines, including two rotary type machines (500 Kgs. each) and one hanger type machine (1000 Kgs.), are used to remove surface impurities and provide a uniform finish to the castings.
Gouging Machines and Grinders
We utilize gouging machines, swing grinders, pneumatic chippers, welding machines, and various grinders for the removal of unwanted material, burrs, and surface imperfections from castings.
Comprehensive Tooling
